Actually there isn't. People couldn't read or write, documents and letters weren't kept or maintained, and a great deal has been lost over time. Some of what we know is guessing.
In the middle ages, Harrogate was the site of a pair of very small villages, not particularly distinguished from hundreds of other villages in England. It was not until the mineral springs were found that Harrowgate has much history.
Pretty much what they do today. Work, love, have a family, have friends, celebrate things, live.

In the middle ages, there are much stories about knights. You have the stories about King Arthur for example. Also, animals were important in the middle ages. This is only about literature, but I don't know about arts.

It depends who "you" are. By modern standards, people in the middle ages would seem boorish, rude, and filthy. Most of our social ettiquette dates from after the middle ages. In the east, bathing was more common in the middle ages, but other practices (such as bathroom... things...) were disgusting pretty much everywhere.
