just condensation buildup noworries it usually happens from short trips and slow driving get on thr highway and open it up blow the webs and water and rust out of the pipes. water buils up when pipe go from hot to cool it act as a condenser and builds in the chambers of the muffler.as long as coolant isn't dripping out your fine
Nothing in particular. Water dripping from the tailpipe is normal. It's just condensation from the combustion process. It is much more prevalent in newer vehicles due mostly to their anti-pollution technologies.

your heater core is going bad
The water pump on a Chevy Blazer 4.3l is on the front of the engine. The Fan and fan shroud will have to be removed to gain access.
I had the same issue on my 97 Olds Bravada. It ended being the water pump.
If it's running, then it couldn't be raw gas. You are seeing water dripping from the accumulation of the water vapor. Absolutely normal.
water from the tail pipe usually means there is watered down gas in your tank and for the most part is normal at a couple of drips per min.
A little drip that comes out for a while after you start is pretty normal, its just condensation especially if you are not loosing coolant. But a constant flow together with a loss of coolant in the radiator means you have a bad head gasket and it needs to be repaired asap.
I had the same problem with my caprice a few weeks back. The water shouldn't be dripping from the back, it should be dripping on the rear passenger side floor board. That is caused by the heater core being bad, which is causing the water to seek through the carpet and drip out the back floor board.
