your body needs time to "cool down" after a workout. a hot coal can stay warm for hours after the fire is gone...basically the same thing.
See, when you exercise you get your heart pounding and beating really fast so when you stop to take a break your heart is still beating fast
Because in the mountain range there have lack of oxygen for our breathing
yes because of secondhand smoke. even if you dont get high while smoking around people you are still breathing in the smoke and there will be thc in your body.
yes i am still in high school
At high altitude, there is less oxygen, so breathing rate is increased to compensate.
Yes you can
It is and it isn't. It completely depends on what your aim is i.e loose weight, get aerobic fit or cardio fit! In themselves they are quite different. We all know what cardio is and its usually done for longer periods of time . . . while sport aerobics is high intensity and not for as long. So it practically depends on the individual and his or hers needs. :)
people love them or hate them they make high and low pitch tones people have a arm on the bag while pushing and breathing to make sound
Do you mean for example after running for a while? Generally, after you have been exercising at a moderate to high intensity for a while your body begins to work anaerobically to provide the energy, which means it doesn't use oxygen. This causes lactic acid to build up in the muscles which causes fatigue. You will find that after intense exercise you will be breathing heavily. This is because the body is trying to repay the oxygen debt by working aerobically (using oxygen) again, and the oxygen helps to break down the lactic acid that had built up in the muscles. This is why it is important to do a light aerobic cool down after exercise, otherwise your legs will probably still be sore from the lactic acid the next day.
yes you may
physically, no. but you will still have mental urges for awhile. but it does get much easier.
due to high metabolic activities
