What structure allows only certain things to pass in And out of the cell
A computer is only as clever as it's owner :)
Those outputs are for the purpose of connecting a computer (with their proprietary software) for diagnostic purposes only.
Because they were the only things they could get and afford.
The cell membrane allows only certain things to pass in and out of the cell.
Yes, computer is a Dull machine, because it can only do certain thing for what it is programmed.
If there is another account on the computer that means that your side has been blocked because your account on the computer is limited, It will only let you do certain things. You need to talk to the person who is the administrator on the computer to install it for you. (If it is a school or library computer they will not allow you no matter what you do)
No but only to certain people who have interests in certain things
Yes. You can use certain software that will allow you to do it, or you can use the network at a home or business to connect through shared files, although if the other person doesn't want you to see certain things, they have the option not to share them. You are only allowed to see anything that is on the network share folder.
a membrane that only allows certain things to cross is called "selectively permeable"
Limewire is software that connects your computer to other peoples computers and other people can connect to your computer. You need to ensure that the people connecting to your computer do not have access to all of your private stuff on your computer and that they cannot put things on your computer that you would not want on there such as viruses and malware. The Limewire application would normally be run from your applications folder and you would set up a separate folder away from all your other stuff that only included the things you wanted to share via Limewire.
Have you tried creating a Virtual Private Network via your home computer? Basically you would be connecting to Facebook via your home computer, and to your home computer via your work computer. Since your work computer would only see you connecting to your home computer, which it wouldn't recognise as a blocked site, and since your home computer wouldn't be on the list of public proxies which are presumably also blocked, you should be able to connect.
