your kitten could be shaking for a couple of reasons>>>>>

he/she could be scared, they could be could, they could be lacking food or water, or they could be shaking just because. if anything out of the orainary comes up take your kitten to the vet right away but usually its nothing.

If your cat trembles it means they are either cold,nervous,or scared. Take a minute to sit down and just pet your cat. Try to make him feel relaxed. He should calm down and stop trembling.

either it is very frightened or is sick. if it doesnt stop after a while or if the cat starts getting more symptoms, go see a vet.
