Giant Pandas may become extinct because of the continued habitat loss and by a very low birthrate , both in wild and in captivity. It is also endangered because of poachers.
i think that it might be awhile
Adult giant pandas are apex predators, despite eating mostly bamboo. The only threat to adult giant pandas are humans. Cubs might be attacked though.
For the Giant pandas - no. Males might hang around a bit for the red pandas.
The earliest recorded giant pandas in captivity were held in the Emperor's garden during the Han Dynasty (206 BC to AD 226) in the then-capital of Xian. Two thousand years ago might not be what you were expecting, but that was the first giant panda ever in captivity.
The Giant Panda can be a calm animal if it senses you are of no danger, or you do nothing to hurt or frighten it. Remember the Giant Panda is a type of bear with very vicious claws and teeth be careful around them no matter how cute they might look!
they have been known to attack humans, usually assumed to be out of irritation rather than predatory behaviour. This means that they only attack if provoked. Giant pandas signify aggression by lowering their heads and staring at their opponents. The giant panda is a generally a passive animal and not initiate to attack man or other animals. Giant pandas, however can become violent when provoked or surprised. Generally when hearing abnormal sounds the giant panda will escape the area immediately or they will climb the nearest tree. Should they become trapped the giant panda will cover their face with their paws often hiding its eye-patches and curl up. This gesture states that they are scared and/or angry. At close range, aggression is signalled by a swipe with a paw, or by a low-pitched growl or bark that will generally send an opponent scampering up the nearest tree.
The giant panda is black and white, while the red panda is reddish-brown and white. There is a subspecies of the giant panda, the Qinling Panda (Ailuropoda melanoleuca qinlingensis) that is light and dark brown (rather than black and white).
the red panda is more endangered that is why you dont hear about it much red pandas are not found at most zoos like most giant pandas and if you go to china you might see plenty giant pandas but not as many red pandas red pandas are related to raccoons too!
You can try to google the subject of live webcams and wild orca or giant panda. You might look up different zoos and see if they have any live web cams of different habitats as well.
Pandas are growing extinct. So the CMS parties are protecting them. They might be able to populate and become the largest species in population.
They keep pandas in zoos so no hunters can kill them
