Because the servo is electric, check the fuse panel for a blown fuse - there's a 25 amp fuse in your panel somewhere. The fuse is blown for a reason, ranging from an old fuse which is just "tired", to a "short" in the system, to a worn out servo. You might be lucky and stop at the fuse.
The car might have no electric because the car is getting old.

If your 1997 Chevy diesel will not shift into overdrive, you might have an issue with a transmission sensor. Some of these vehicles have several sensors that must engage in order to shift.
Sounds like it might be the vaccum switch on the front axle.
The 4wd in the 1999 Chevy blazer is electronic, you just have to push the button. If you have pushed the button and it doesn't engage, it might be a vacuum line. The lines are made of rubber and over time they melt. It costs about $25 for a new metal line. Also, the 4wd is under the battery. If you take the battery out, you might notice that a line got disconnected accidentally.
If the button is not working, might be a vacuum line problem. Vacuum lines engage the 4x4, might need to check the lines to the 4x4 transfer case.
There are a couple of things that might cause a Chevy Tahoe to lurch forward after releasing the brake. One reason could be that the idle is high. The drive shaft may have to be greased.

If the engine is designed for a front wheel drive car then it might fit. If it is for a rear wheel drive car then it probably will not work in a Chevy Celebrity.
it basicly means that in the future they might engage in hunting beavers more than they ever did
