Cheats like the invincible cheat turn off when you go in dead eye or reach high speeds because they are glitched. Rockstar are currently fixing these cheats and will be publishing updates soon.

∙ 13y agoWhen you activate dead eye, some of the cheats disable. So basically you can run around with invincibility all you want as long as you don't use dead eye. Also I think using your lasso disables it as well.
