Allah Almighty has commanded the Muslims to spend in His way (Anfaq Fee Sabil Lillah). Allah Almighty commands the Muslims to be charitable to poor relatives, orphans, the poor, and the travelers. The Muslims may help the poor individually, by establishing funds in the community and by establishing schools and orphanages.
