They shouldn't be concerned. It's always been a mystery with me why the South puts up with Alligators or Crocks. You hear yearly where a arm of a man is torn off while golfing, or a lil girl is killed in a pond while swimming.
Just put a bounty on them and put a few rednecks to work for gawd's sake. What idiot would have a pond or lake and have Gators in it? Come'n Bubba get rid of those pesky things and enjoy your land instead of feeding your children to it!
It is insanity to keep them although they would make good border guards on our southern border
