HELL YES!!!!!!! teens should be able to drive at any age as long as they pass their driver test. If you can pass that then you should be able to drive.
At any age? Even below legal age?
okay to start with this. you're on a sport team and your parents aren't home and you can't find a ride. What do you do? Well if you had a license you wouldn't have to worry about that. You could get your keys and drive there. Most parents are tired of carting you around after 16-17 years. But if you have your license then they can have you cart them around. or you could use it for a job. of for a date :) there are a ton of situations where a teen should have a license.

You should plan to have at least two weeks off work after liposuction. In your case it might be longer before you are fully recovered enough to drive a bus.
