"Supposebly" is NOT a word. Many people simply don't learn the proper pronunciation of "supposedly" and when people could correct them, they don't. This bad English keeps getting passed along through families and friends until eventually enough people say it and the dictionaries start listing it as a variation of the correct word. This is called either the "death of English" or the "evolution" of language, depending on your point of view.
