here are a few causes why you do not get any heat. water pump faulty, restriction in cooling system, sticking thermostat
if the pump and thermostat have been replaced on a 2001 malibu and it overheats and the heat doesnt work now but the air does. do it need bleeding still , will air in the line still cause that problem...
on top of the engine under 2.4 liter stamp remove the 4 bolt on heat plate and there they are
try a hoter thermostat
Will water in your 2002 Chevrolet Malibu cooling system will result in no heat. The water level is too low to reach the heater core.
The "heat maker" is broken. :(
loss of control over the air and heat
Is it gas or Freon that you are smelling?
check cabin filter
Check your coolant level.
No. The problem is most likely your heater core. Ask a mechanic.
IF YOUR CAR LEAKS WATER AND HEAT BLOWS COLD AIR WHAT THE PROBLEM
if it doesn't heat your heater core is most likely clogged and if it doesn't blow at all then the blower is messed up.
