Windows is a Graphical User Interface (GUI), which allows you to see better pictures and video, and use icons to go through files and folders using clicks instead of command lines in Dos, and have output that is not just lines and lines of text like in Dos.
Windows is a multitasking operating system that uses GUI to navigate. MS-DOS is a singale tasking operating system that uses a command line interface. The user must remember many commands and have a basic knowledge of programing to run DOS. Windows is much easier to use for the most part. Occasionally the DOS command prompt comes in handy to do things when Windows cannot do a specific task.
Correction:
Dos did support ethernet networking with the Microsoft network client. The Digital Network integration package supported file service (network file sharing) and printer sharing as early as MS-DOS 3.1.
windows has a much advanced technology than dos.it is much simple to operate windows than dos.

windows 7
Who told you? Windows uses more resources than DOS.. As we know that DOS can support less hardware than Windows and BIOS is the controlling system for integrated hardware, hence we can easily understand the utilization of DOS and Windows..
Windows is better than DOS in many ways 1. Windows is graphical user interface while DOS is command line interface. 2. Windows has more security than DOS. 3. Windows supports a large number of applications and utilities that are not supported by DOS. 4. Windows is more user friendly and widely accepted. 5. Windows allows easy networking and network mapping. 6. Windows allows interactive troubleshooting. 7. Windows uses hybrid kernel while DOS uses monolithic kernel. 8. Windows (Xp onwards) supports plug and play devices while DOS doesnt. The list is endless.
Both Windows XP and Windows 2000 are variants of the Windows NT operating system which has no native DOS running "under the hood". Windows XP has better compatibility support for most legacy applications in general, however. A better option is to use a DOS virtual machine to run your legacy DOS applications, as almost all DOS functionality will be replicated in the virtual machine. The downside to this approach is performance of the DOS application, which in the case of games, can be significantly degraded. An example of an excellent DOS virtual machine is DOSBox. It is free and has much wider support for legacy DOS applications than does any modern Windows Operating System
The only real advantage MS-DOS has over either of these operating system is it's low memory usage, whichcan be useful in the embedded field.
DOS is a command-line system that shows letters and commands rather than icons and menus, and Windows is a desktop environment use either on top of DOS or along with a newer, NT-based Windows operating system. There are programs for DOS that can enable graphics (like old video games), though these graphics are less advanced than in more modern versions of Windows.
Delete DOS. Linux is much better because we have a penguin while Windows people have a dumb paperclip.
If you are talking of DOS OS, no it is not possible as DOS is a single user, single tasking OS but if you are talking of Windows then yes you can open multiple DOS windows and do different work.. But please remember that this is the properties of Windows, not DOS..
Yes, both versions of Windows use DOS..
I think anything is better than windows defender.
you fail
Windows XP cannot be installed or reinstalled directly from DOS.
