Who killed Peter Pettigrew in Harry Potter?

Peter was supposed to kill Harry Potter in Malfoy Manor, as Harry was trying to escape, however he hesitated and his own silver hand, given to him in Goblet of Fire by Voldemort, strangled him to death because he showed weakness.

Harry was supposed to be the first and only one to reach the Triwizard Cup, which was a Portkey. However, Harry and Cedric decided to tie; they grabbed the cup at the same time and were both transported to a graveyard where Voldemort awaited Harry. Cedric was not necessary to Voldemort's plan and was only in the way. Voldemort orders Pettigrew to "kill the spare."
