The Bill of Rights was important because it guaranteed regular parliaments and free expression. The Glorious Revolution had made big problems for both America and Britian. It's pretty hard for these answers, and I suppose these don't actually show the importance of them, but this is all I could find so I hope this at least helps.

The Bill of Rights was a crucial part of America's "solid" foundation. The BofR's established the set of standards or laws to the American society.

The BofR's is actually the first 10 amendments to the United States constitution.

The BofR's were mainly created to protect the citizens of the US, for fair & equal rights for all.
