It made elizabeth look really strong so that all the other countries were very impressed. It showed everone tht she did not need a powerful husband. It gave the catholics no real chance to rebel. It stopped most of the other countries from attacking after she had destroyed the spanish. It stopped the majority of the courtiers from enlessly bugging her about a husband too. I did a whole bloomin essay on this shizz.
