It won't 'read' them because they're blank, i.e., they have no data on them, and so there's nothing to be read. If you're having trouble burning a CD, make sure that the CD is inserted correctly - happens to me all the time with silver/silver CD-Rs. If that doesn't work, try putting in a new CD; the old one may be scratched or otherwise damaged and unrecognizable by the drive. you partially answered your own question. Also, if the CD writer has a hard time recognizing the disk, then you might want to buff it up (wipe the silvery/data side with a dry cloth) and put it back in again. Also, check the software, and make sure you are using a fast enough processor. If you mean it won't recognize the disc it could be a bad disc or even a bad drive. If you try multiple black discs and the drive doesn't recognize any of them, take the discs to another computer with a burner in it and see if they are recognized over there. Or if the driv eis really old, try a different brand of CD.
you wont read you will have to find something to do

To see whether you really have a problem try a DVD or Blu-Ray and see what happens. Also make sure the problem isn't just with this single game disc.

Yes.
Wont is an archaic word which means "has a habit of" or "is prone to" doing something. Jon was wont to whistle while he walked. Mary was wont to read after her meal.
