crank sensor can somtime make it not start, i just had to replace mine last week on a 98 2.2 cavalier that stoped all the bucking and cuting out . . now my cam sensor is gone and now the car wont start sooo .. . i say it lil bt mix of crank and cam sensor . i say replace both of them at the same time and save your troubles . . . that should be you problem. replace the starts first your spark plugs and cabbles and your gas filter then go to you coil pack and mogue .. if not dont make a differences then switch over your crank and cam sensor .. . hope that helps yeah out
Crank position sensor........going bad.....You didn't say what car it is..but.. some have two signals coming from it. 3x pulse and a 16x pulse. If either one of these pulses fail, your car wont fire right or not at all. It will still run if the cam sensor is a miss, though...
You more than likely have a car with an anti-theft device on it but no "alarm" per say. Most times the keys are coded to that particular car and without the correct key for the correct car it will turn on but not crank. You have to get a key with a chip in it for that make and model of car and then program it to your specific car to start it.
I would have to say a crank shaft on a car spins much like molecular DNA.
The Welsh word for car is car - but you would say the A like a chav.
car, because it is actually an English word, is more of a "Hawaiian-ized" word... ka'a
