Maybe your computer is slow, it has a virus, or something is wrong with the mp3.

If your file opens in another program you can right click your file and choose open with. Choose WordPad and make it default if you wish. If the file wont open in WordPad at all it's most likely a file-type not supported by WordPad. You might need additional software or convert the file to a supported type.
If it's a .package file, you don't "open" it - just place it in the downloads folder. Documents/Sims 2/Downloads. Only the other type needs to be double-clicked to install.
You cannot just download the 15kb torrent file and expect it to work. You must have a bittorrent client such as uTorrent and use that to open the torrent file. the torrent itself will then download to the location you tell it to. you can download uTorrent off download.com or its own website.
as far as i know, the only solution is to delete the file and start from scratch.

As far as my knowledge goes, it is nearly impossible to embed keylogger in anything except .EXE, .SCR, .CMD ,BAT etc file formats in short you can only embed keylogger in a file that has executable extension, however this can be hard to infect a remote pc with these file extensions because these days average computer user is smart enough to not open any file except images, videos, documents(pdf, doc,xl etc) and links, so if you send someone keylogger that ends with let say .EXE file extensions he wont open unless he trusts you enough and he requested you a software(because softwares have install package that usually ends with .exe)
