I recently had the same problem with a friends 01 Town and Country and it was the drivers side power window motor At Fault. A Mopar mechanic friend of mine strongly recommended purchasing the power window regulator assembly with motor attached. If you separate the motor from the assembly, reinstallation is nearly impossible. The complete window regulator with motor assembly was just under $140. Installation took about an hour.
Also, the dealership had the assembly in stock which tells me they sell many of them.
