I Have A Windows Vista Laptop, But I Keep Getting The Same Problem With It. When I Put Icons On The Desktop Where I Want Them And Then Shutdown/Restart The Laptop And Let It Load Up Again, The Icons Have Gone Back To The Left Of The Screen, Aligned To Grid And Auto Arranged Even Though They Aren't Selected When I Right Click, Please Help!

You go to iTunes on your computer, click on your device, go to the apps tab on top, click sync apps, click on the apps you want to sync. Now for music... Stay on your computer!!...you can go to your music and drag it into your device or you can click on your device click the music tab (by where the app tab is) sync music, then if it isn't already filled in click the entire music library bubble. If you double click the Format Painter button on the Standard Toolbar, you can apply the painter to multiple items until you click the button again to turn it off. Of course, if the items you want to apply it to are adjacent, you don't have to double click. Just drag the mouse across the items. When you release the mouse button, the painter is off, as usual.
