If you are running Windows Vista you may need to tone down your security setting or check for updates on your Vista. When Windows Vista came out it was causing alot of issues with online gamers. There was even a time where no one could access Counter Strike who had Windows Vista.

. There is not enough memory.
. Your Computer does not have the right requirements for World Of Warcraft to install
. World Of Warcraft is Corrupted the game disc or something else in the files or components
.You are not waiting long enough for it to install
.There could be an issue right now when Installing World Of Warcraft that Blizzard Entertainment might be working on.

could be any of the following:
Your internetconnection is down.
You do not have a WOW account.
You do not have WOW installed.
You do not have enough space available on HD for installation.
There are some errors in your WOW files and you might need to reinstall it.
You have forgotten your login information.
Your parents have not paid the subscription fee.
You might be out of playtime.
Other possible reasons not excluded by not being included here.

Or.. you could just ask for a new windows 7 computer and install it then.
But that will cost too much money and I think that you will be better off with console (PS3,XBOX360,Wii)
