You could have a cracked engine block.

it is on top front of engine on left side,belt side. above water pump on engine. there is a bleeder cap on it. the back side bleeder is to relieve fuel pressure.

Originally it would have had "Dex-Cool". Dex-Cool is fine as long as it is replaced every 5 years or 100K miles.

The 1999 Chevy Suburban camshaft sensor is located on the front of the engine. The camshaft sensor will be behind the front engine cover.
