I would have to say yes BUT what part are you changing?? You can change the engine if you want but it is hard.
It'll fit, but it probably won't work very well, as a 1996 transmission would be wholly electronic, and the 1990 transmission would not.

Check your fuses if it is not your fuses i would say check your hazard switch, mine went bad on my Nissan and caused that problem

All vehicles have instruction manuals. Considering vehicles are made differently, it is best to refer to it for any repairs. The removal of a transmission in s a 95 Nissan 4x4 pickup would be instructed in the manual for the vehicle.

Yes, it is possible. You would need a donor truck for the parts, as purchasing them new would be very expensive.
You would have to disconnect the wires from the stock ignition, so you would have to tear it out unless you could find a way to do it without it.
it sure would work.. behind the dashboard are plugs for each function. one for tachometer, one for speedometer, fuel, water temp. ect.. if your new dash doesn't have a tachometer it will not interfere with the speedomet aspect of it. but you will not have a tach obviously. that sucks kid
