Why would a 1993 Ford Mustang with a fuel injected 5.0 die while driving and not run even after replacing ignition coil and fuel pump?

Check for spark to the plugs. I no spark is observed think ignition module this is common on mustang 5.0s It does have spark on each and every spark plug. It will sometimes start but it wont stay running. I'd definitely check your ignition module located on the side of the distributor. They are notorious for going bad on those cars. Make sure, if you replace it, that you use dielectric grease on the back of it and on the distributor body.
