because it is efi. which was a horrible mix of carburation and electric fuel injection i have the exact same truck right now and I am replaceing the efi with a holley carb. look into switching or replaces your efi. i would advize to getting rid of it since they are notorius for problems
Your 1995 F150 auto transmission light will flash for many different reasons. When the truck runs rough when gas is demanded would most likely be insufficient fuel supply. This can be cause by a plugged fuel filter or a faulty fuel injector.

They set the idle up to make it so it wouldn't die so now when I start it it revs up really bad then it idles down then it idles down to low and shakes I also wish someone would answer this question as my 1997 Ford contour does the same thing. it is possible to be the brakes or the transmission have it checked by a mechanic.
If the problem seems worse when it is damp out, it is more than likely the wires. Might as well put plugs in while it is in the shop, too.
