you might check the mass air flow sensor mine went bad and i couldn't push the accelerator very far or very fast at all

Answerive seen a few do that just because the spark plugs were not gapped correctly last time they were replaced was the gap checked before installation

your cat converters could be cloged my 93 would do that i took them off runs great now
