A plastic hotwheels truck? Yes, you can definitely eat one of those (while choking from it being clogged in your throat). If you are talking about an actual human-driven truck, then no you cannot eat it. The metal of a truck is made to withstand a collision, so it is humanly impossible for your teeth to sink through it. It might take a little while and a couple of phone calls, but it's a lot easier than trying to retrofit a topper that doesn't fit your tacoma to begin with.
