It neeeds to be checked out as the printed circuit can have problems. The switch that controls your driving lights ie headlights, turn signals etc. could be bad. Check the fuse first. If it keeps blowing the switch could be shorting out to gnd.

Brake lights could stay on in a 1999 Dodge Stratus because of a short in the wiring. If the headlamps are off and the brake lights are still on, check the wiring for the brake lights that is inside the trunk. Sometimes cargo in the trunk can interfere with the lights.

The lights are controlled by the Body Control Module (in the fuse box), from a signal on your dimmer switch, also called the multifunction switch. Do not swap out the BCM with a junkyard one, as it must be programed for your car (i am going through this now with my 96 Dodge Stratus)

It is telling you that one of the gauges is not within normal range. It could be you are not charging or overheating or have little or no oil pressure.

Yes, they will. The only difference would be in the bumper since they are unique for the Dodge and Chrysler logos.

You may want to check the integration board located on the back side of fuse box,When this goes bad do to some kind of short the dash and dome lights will go out ,but gauges continue to work.Had this problem on a 91 Toyota and trouble shooting it drove me nuts for about 4 day,s before I traced it back to this snap in box on lower back side of fuse box......WORTH A TRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
