Why would a 2001 Ford F150 V6 2 wheel drive 75000 miles have a vibration felt mostly through gas pedal and seat and humming noise around 50 mph if you have already installed new tires and had a tuneup?

Possibly tie-rods and or ball joints. Maybe something else wearing out or loose underneath front end. Less likely is disc brake caliper sticking on affected side. In any case get it checked out because you may not be safe on the road.

An auditory vibration (aka acoustic wave or sound vibration) is when the tympanic membrane (eardrum) is hit by sound waves and vibrates. This vibration is picked up, amplified and transmitted through the middle ear by the ossicles. This vibration ends at the oval window since it changes to fluid vibration and ultiimately electrical energy in the inner ear.
