Why would a 97 Accord SE just die while driving and not start if it has gas fuses are OK spark plugs changed and battery is fine?

yah, possible, not likely.....options? do you have spark? constant fuel pressure? if so ck the main, fuel pump and the injector relays. A broken timing belt.
