The ropes inside the filter have become blocked, not letting the clean water out at the desired rate of the out put of the pump. A: Firstly, the pool pump is not a DE pump. The pool pump is the one with the motor attached and a round pot like device attached to the motor with a basket inside. The DE FILTER or large tank type device is probably what you are talking about. At 15#'s the filter is overloaded with dirt and cannot pass the water thru it freely or with ease. And I am sure that you are talking about the flow of water thru the filter back to the pool slowing in this instance - right. Back wash the filter before it reaches 15#'s. k
Surge Tankian is a member of System Of A Down
Any number of things could cause your vehicle to surge. You need to take your vehicle to a tune-up shop and have it diagnosed.

At 5,500 feet down, the pressure on the vessel would be 2,458.71 pounds per square inch.
Starting at the surge protection device every thing down stream from it will be protected. Any thing up stream from the surge protection device will not be protected.
To the top of flange where the radiator cap seals. Pressurized systems overflow to the surge tank when hot and draw the coolant back into the radiator when they cool down. The surge tank has the level mark cast into the plastic. If your radiator is low,the surge tank is probably dry. Fill both to the proper level.
The coolant is being circulated by water pump. That is normal operation. Ensure coolant is at proper level (and bled if required).
You already have a large amount of water flowing in that direction, so when an excess or a surge comes at one time, it will flood along with the water that was already present (i.e., flash flood).
The house would most likely burn down whenever a power surge hit.
You must first know what at specific volume of that liquid weighs, for instance water weighs about 8.34 pounds per gallon then 20 pounds of water would be 2.39 gallons. To break it down to ounces and pints or quarts you need a conversion table.
Mine was doing the same thing at it was because the engine was overheating. Check for coolent leeks or the water pump may be bad.
