You have a problem with your hardware. Try disconnecting all drives including hard drives, floppy, CD/DVD, then sound card if you have one, wireless card if you have one and so. Try to start it, if it posts it means your motherboard is fine, and you can track easily the broken piece of equipment. If it did not post remove memory as well as CPU, reset the BIOS try starting it. Many motherboards cannot start without CPU or memory or both.
If you hear error signal CPU is missing install the CPU and so on continuing with memory.
One possible reason for a computer shutting down by itself is if the CPU were to overheat. I advise checking the cooling fans.
A power cut is when the power suddenly goes out or gets shut off. The opposite of this would be a power surge, which is a sudden surge of power.

In order to supply power supply to your computer you would need an outlet plug near your computer. Then you can plug your computer into that and necessarily, use an extension.
Check your fuse box, They may all run of the same fuse.

"Suddenly" doesn't have a comparative and superlative form. Instead, you would say "more suddenly" or "most suddenly."
i believe it would be the computer.
The power supply makes the computer run, without any type of power supply it would be impossible to run a computer. The mains power supply for a laptop and the power supply unit of a desk top, both convert the high AC voltage from the mains power and convert it to low voltage DC, for the electronics of a computer to use.
The PC power supply box's function is to supply the computer with power. Without the PC power supply box, the computer would not be able to turn on and off.
