Psychiatrists are not gods and they are just people basically with an opinion. Some psychiatrists try different forms of treatment and that too, is often their own experimentation. Psychiatrists are just human beings and no better than you and I, and it looks like this guy could walk down the hall and have some sessions with some of his own collegues. There has got to be more to this story and one can't make a opinion on this matter without all the facts. If you know this to be true, then report it to Children's Welfare. Psychiatrist or not super human beings and it is against the law to intoxicate a minor. Marcy Rape? You didn't really give enough background for much of an answer
