I had a budgie that used to "throw up alot". What was really going on was that he was in love with me. He would mount my hand and smash his beak against my fingernail, regurgitating seed to show me he could feed babies. He would rub his touchie on the back of my hand to try to fertilize me some how. No this is not birdie porn - it's a very good reason why a bird might appear to "throw up a lot" and be very healthy and happy.
