Oil Pump not working/seized, in which case the Cam sproket may be bad as well now. Lobes may be busted. (front wheel drive)
if you did a motor flush did you clean it all out if not that will cause it or too much buildup in the motor more than likely not all lifters went out its almost impossible for all to go at once
It depends, but it could be the lifters. If you have hydrolic lifters, they will lose oil when they are not run and "collapse". It will take some running time for the lifters to refill with oil (not sure how long exactly - ten minutes?). If the sound goes away after a little while, it might have been the lifters.
