I had a lumbar surgery, then a week later unfortuneately i sneezed and my freakin pereneal raphe area felt like it pulled. have had trouble urinating and getting completely erect since then. I think it will heal on its own. Havnt seen a doctor yet, just dont think i,ll get an answer
