The saltiest food that I would normally encounter is the anchovie, especially as used in pizza toppings (the fish itself isn't saltier than any other fish, but that is how it is prepared). You can, of course, add as much salt as you like to any kind of food that you eat. I have seen someone salt a graprefruit, believe it or not.
