Why would someone who goes months without brushing their teeth never get any cavities?

its a matter of diet cavities form with the bacteria in your mouth interact with things such as sugar. If you brush your teeth perfectly, and remove all this bacteria you can eat whatever and not get cavities while the opposite is also true Some people have the good fortune of imunity to the bacteria that cause cavities. Their body chemistry is naturally hostile to the growth of this bacteria so it doesn't matter what they eat, the bacteria doesn't grow and deposit acid on their teeth.
