heater fan problemI'm haveing the same prblem in my 1997 Bonneville and have been told after paying $80 for the diagnosis by the Pontiac service department that it is the fan motor that needs to be replaced. I believe that there is a sensor of some kind that is attached to the heater fan which has gone bad. I haven't replaced it yet but it cost around $50 to buy the fan so it's an easy fix if what the Pontiac service department said is true.

Don't let them do it they will charge you around $250 for the same repair!
