Possibly a blown fuse, check in the fuse box by the battery and also the one by your left foot in the driver's seat, not sure which one. If that's not the case, make sure all the electrical wiring to the wiper motor is good. If it is good, it's probably either the wiper motor itself, or the control lever (it's one big assembly behind the steering wheel that has the hazard light controls, turn signal, lights, and wipers), both of which you can get for cheap at an auto wrecker's and are both really easy to replace.
