do you mean you replaced the bulb? are the flashers out on both sides of the vehicle? did you check both front and back? do the lights on the dash do nothing or come on and stay on? you need to provide this information for a proper diagnosis

Had the same problem with my 92 cutlass ciera. It turned out to be ac compressor. Probably the clutch.

On my 1990 the crank sensor is behind the vibration dampner. I just replaced it last week.Cost $35.00 at Auto Zone. Just be careful because you have to align the veins on the back of the dampner to go in between the grooves of the sensor.
