My 2002 Wrangler came from the factory with the same problem. There is a seal or gasket around the main body or "Tub" -around the fire wall or top of the hood-and it was leaking there and dripping under the dash. They had a factory rep replace it and it hasn't leaked since. The other possibility that older Wranglers have is they leak at the gasket under the windshield, but the 2002 seems a bit young for that so the other is more likely in my opinion.
Either this is condensation from the atmosphere dripping from the outside of the vehicle (are there any dewdrops on it?) or something is leaking.... the water for the windscreen washers or the radiator. Find out where the water is landing.... the leak will - most likely - be above that point.
Fluid level too high, water in fluid, axle overheating.
Sorry, but what is a 22r ?
If it's leaking under the front of the water pump, it's probably the water pump.
The water pump does not have a specified life span. The time to replace it is when it is leaking or noisy.
what fluid is leaking from the tube.is it coolant water or deisel?
i had the same problem-yesterday i changed the gasget on the windsheild. seemed to work...
the heater core is leaking it is located in the duct work under the dash
If it runs continually, as you say, then it can only be the inlet water pipe or fitting, leaking.
There is a weep hole at the bottom just under the pulley where there will be a stain of coolant if it is leaking. Or unhook the belt and check the play of the shaft of the water pump.
There are a few things that can cause a coolant leak but in your case it is probably the water pump. When a water pump starts to go bad it will leak coolant from the bottom.
maybe your radiator is broken and you need to get a new one or just get a reparation if the radiator starts leaking when is in use it may be leaking because of the pressure of the water.
