You may have a bad pcv valve.
You can find it attached to the intake manifold next to the throttle body.
Tp stands for throttle positioning the tps is located on your throttle body which you can find by following the air intake hose.
Remove the engine shroud and locate your air intake on the left hand (passenger) side of the engine. Follow the intake to the point that it connects to the throttle body. Directly behind this connection between the throttle body and the firewall you will find the throttle position sensor. The electrical clip has a housing on it that needs to be removed before you can remove the switch. Remove the engine shroud and locate your air intake on the left hand (passenger) side of the engine. The throttle position sensor is on the throttle body. That's the part of the engine that controls the amount of air allowed into the engine. To find the throttle body, follow the air intake routing toward the engine. The throttle body is the part that sits on the intake manifold. To find the throttle position sensor, follow the throttle cable to the throttle body. If it helps, have someone press down and release the throttle pedal while you're looking for the throttle body/position sensor. The throttle cable causes a shaft to turn, that's the part that controls the air coming into the engine. The throttle position sensor is connected to that shaft.
You find the throttle body at the end (attached) of all the air intake stuff-- In other words air goes in to your engine via the throttle body, after passing through the air filter apperatus etc.
The throttle body is not adjustable.
Usually the Throttle Position Sensor is located by the intake manifold, usually at the end of your air intake.
To repair the P0120 code you need replace the Throttle Position Sensor/Switch. You will find it located on the throttle body of the intake manifold in the engine compartment of your vehicle.
A throttle body is were the throttle plate is witch allows air into the engine. so you get the air fuel mixture the engine needs to run. The futher the plate opens the faster the engine runs. you can find this were the air intake hose comes from the air filter box then connects to the engine. That will be the throttle body
The throttle cable does not go from the transmission to the throttle body.
If your looking at the engine its on the right hand side of the throttle body, below the black plastic intake manifold.
The idle air controller is almost always located on the throttle body. You can find the throttle body by following the throttle cable to where it connects to the engine. There are some(very few) vehicles that have the IAC motor elsewhere on the intake manifold though.
