willing to work with everyone on the team. finding good qualities in everyone in the group and using them to accomplish the goal. never gossip always represent yourself as a group(not i)or (me). should always be we talked this over and came up with-blah blah. ask questions for everyones input. if someone is struggling in the group, jump in and help out. give encouragement give thanks never ridicule someone in front of others dont talk about a member to another member pass out bullentins to everyone so no one feels left out

A good team player is one that can put his/her ego to the side to assist in accomplishing a goal that will benefit both the individual and the unit. This person needs to have a positive mental attitude, a strong work ethic, a student mentality, and a willingness to observe, listen and take direction. This person should also be assertive if a situation arises where leadership needs to be demonstrated. A good team player also has great relationship building skills and is very good at adapting to different environments.

You would have to be assertive, and be okay with following instructions. You would need to be able to accept everyones opinions over a matter, but then, be ready to take an option you wouldn't normally choose.

Yes, I was given an official diagnosed of aspergers by a licensed clinical social worker. Only a clinicalsocial worker can make this diagnosis, not a social worker. You do not need to see a psychiatrist, I dont because I don't take medications. But a team approach is helpful like a social skills groups and support groups.
