This is usually due to a clogged fuel filter (usually inexpensive to replace). It can also be due to a bad fuel pump, or a cracked fuel hose. Replace the fuel filter and see if the problem goes away.

It's possible this is a regional expression, but I never heard it. I would say "kick them out" or "send them back."AnswerYou would say, "kick it back" to whoever it came from. The idiom "kick back" means either to do less (like Kick back on the couch over the weekend) or to return something to where it came from.

The part of the foot to hit with while performing a back kick, is the heel. It provides more power for the technique.

Depends on the caliber being shot. Small caliber, little kick back. Larger caliber bigger kick back...

Depends on the individual. I would say that my round house kick is my best and strongest. For others it is the side kick or even a simple front kick. The back kick tends to be the strongest, but it is also the slowest.

you kick your leg that your bestest at then you jump and switch legs (turn against the back wall) ex: if your a leftie then you would kick up your left and jump on to your left and kick up your right when you turn your right whips around through the back
