If your engine temperature gauge is indicating a lower temperature than
normal ( it sounds like the engine cooling thermostat is sticking open or not
closing all the way )
Mine does that but I still get good heat from the heater in the winter time and my check engine
light hasn't come on ( if my vehicle had to sit outside in the winter I would have the
thermostat changed )
