You have a weak battery and/or alternator. Be sure to have BOTH checked, as the battery may still be good, but just isn't being charged enough by a weak alternator. needs a new battery. gmjim It's one of these things: 1. Battery 2. Key 3. Ignition switch 4. (Maybe) alternator Go to a Chevy dealer and pay $80 or so, they will tell you what it is. Mine was the key.
If you are talking about all the interior lights being on...then on the knob that turns the headlights on and off the part that sticks out is also adjustable, where you can control how dim the instrument cluster is, anyway its probably set to on so just click it off, i believe turn it down.
click on the related link below and look for figure 11
You probably turned them on by accident. They are controlled with the same pull switch that turns on the headlights. By twisting the switch to the far left it will click and the dome lights will turn on, by twisting it to the right it will turn off the interior lights and will then dim the dashboard lights.
well, you can go to interiorlights.com and click information. It has all the info you will be looking for.
I am assuming what you mean is your interior lights and head lights are kinda blinking while your car is running. If this is the case go down to your local auto parts store and get your alternator tested. It is very possible that it is not pushing enough amps. If this is not the case you may have a short somewhere.
yes just push the emergance brake one click.
push your parking brake one click and it will turn them out
There is a very good description if you click on the link on the right.
If emergency brake is on 1 click it turns daytime running lights off. Pull out on emergency brake handle and see if this fixes the problem.
turn the key to acc. put the parking brake on 1 click and then start it the lights shouldn't come onAnswerPull the fuse to it.
The Starter, Is Bad.
The dimmer switch has a setting which turns on the dome light. Just after turning it to high you should be able to 'click' it into the position required for the interrior lights.
