Yes, BUT it depends on wheel/tire size. Most wheels that big will hit the corners of the bumper/fender, leading to custom bodywork/cutting.

Personally I wouldn't go 24 inch wheels, because it's too hard on the stock suspension. Smaller rims with bigger tires are more comfortable and softer ride.
